COVID-19
Action Plan

Dear Clients and Customers,

We are taking steps to make sure we can continue to serve you and maintain the health and safety of our associates as our nation deals with the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are still showing houses (though a good many more virtually), while taking all precautions to STAY SAFE while abiding by state and local guidelines. Hughey & Neuman, Inc. is committed to taking all due precautions with respect to the safety of both our clients and customers. This includes using shoe covers when entering a home, using hand sanitizer and hand washing at the beginning and end of showings, limiting contact with objects in homes, and respecting the schedules of many clients working from home and/or homeschooling by scheduling appointments well in advance. For buyers, along with our regular showings, we are also offering remote guided video tours of any home in which you might be interested.

Rentals:

For the safety of our maintenance staff, we will refrain from entering any properties unless a true emergency exists. Still continue to submit work orders via our phone, and if they are not emergencies we will address these issues when we resume normal office hours. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911.

Anyone interested in leasing or pre-leasing is encouraged to email us at mcclure63@bellsouth.net and we will do our best to accommodate.

In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
